Opportunity: Sales Representative

Location: Recife, Brazil


Main responsibilities

  • Attend a designated client portfolio, fulfilling and maintaining sales goals and targets. Visit customers and potential customers, distributing guidelines on designated products, promoting, negotiating and selling products. Record orders and follow up.
  • Contribute to maximize business and leveraging sales volume, prospecting new customers and monitoring a competitor's action.
  • Visit and develop current and potential customers in the countries where the company operates.
  • Ensure long-term relationship and customer satisfaction at a high level, advise the customer, identify their needs and aim to meet and / or exceed them. Respond to complaints and / or criticisms; propose appropriate solutions and preventive actions.
  • Feed and keep system data up to date, such as customer records, visit reports, credit analysis information, and more. Organize all the files related to the activities developed in the area.
  • Collect and formalize all opportunities in relation to customers, markets and segments that we can generate new sales.


Education (Specific Training and Knowledge) 

  • Full degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related areas;
  • Intermediate English is desirable;
  • Knowledge of the area of ​​activity and product line of the company;
  • SAP System;
  • Preferably experience with sales of products sold through wholesalers and retailers;
  • Experience in the textile will be considered a differential.
