Role Summary: 

The job incumbent is accountable for key accounts project in order to drive significant progress in developing sales: manage and develop business of special key accounts, providing necessary supports to gain customer satisfaction (communication, orders follow up, emergencies handling...)

Key Accountability:

1. Managing thread delivery

  • Working internally at Coats for thread delivery schedule to catch up to production plan.
  • Connecting Special Key account system to link with Coats system (Ecomm) to upload PO to online ordering system of Coats.
  • Managing thread delivery based on special schedule of Special Key account if there is.

2. Managing Coats thread stock

  • Using Special Key account system to manage & reduce Stock of Coats thread.
  • Exchanging Fast moving colors for new PO
  • Recommending Stock colors for re-using

3. Thread recommendation / solutions

  • Recommending the best thread solution for the garments to be developed / produced
  • Visiting production lines at factory / sampling room to recommend to improve the garment quality at Bulk production or Sample development.
  • Supporting the Special Key accounts to have the best practice for thread consumption by offering / training how to use Seamwork

4. Color recommendation

  • Coordinating with FCE to support Super Key accounts for providing sampling service (developing samples, giving samples Stock, etc)
  • Recommending colors which have Stock available at the WH to reduce the Stock

5. Team Coordination

  • Ensure appropriate communication and coordination with other Coats Units with shared account
  • Support customer service in case of emergency cases, specific cases requiring special attention.
  • Ensure coordination within CPP organisation to optimise efficiency of servicing different customer needs.

Education, Qualification and Experience:

  • University degree with experience in field sales.
  • Proven ability to work independently in key customer management.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
  • Confidence in presenting in front of group of people.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
