HR Transactional Services Executive

Role Purpose:

Proactively implement training & development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource needs of the business.

Key Accountabilities:

Training and Performance Management  

  • Execute training and performance management administration in compliance with requirement:
  • Arrange administrative works & logistics when company roll out the training program, Project with high quality assessment.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the follow up of training roll out as training master plan.
  • Consolidate correctly the annual performance review data and summit to Payroll as yearly schedule
  • Contact and follow up the line managers for summiting the annual performance review in time and meet the company requirements.
  • Responsible for implementing learning activities:
  • Work closely with relevant departments to book the induction schedule for new joining manager and conduct the induction program for new staffs/Operators  
  • Help Functional Manager to prepare manuals, guides, and other materials so that training programmes are delivered with high quality resources. 
  • Maintain and analyse organisation and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programmes. 
  • Deliver some tips or simple internal training courses
  • Manage on-going relationships with external training agencies to ensure the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service & provide their service efficiency assessment.
  • Participate into the HR projects to organize the HR’s event and activities.

Personal Data Management 

  • Manage the data entry for the new joiners into the HRIS (local system and SF) with accuracy and timely.
  • Maintain the employee database in HRIS system.
  • Ensure the HR filing system is well established: up-to-date, accessible, professional, labelling.

Recruitment Administrative Support

  • Manage the transactional and administrative support of the job application process (eg: registration of applicants, forwarding of applications, formal checking of application documents, scheduling of interviews) apply for professional levels.

Education, Qualification and Experience:

1. Essential:

  • University degree in human management or equivalent professional qualification
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good oral and written in Vietnamese & English
  • Good at MS Office & presentation skills
  • Proactive and accountable  

2. Desirable: 

  • Positive team work attitude and mind-set
