Role Purpose:

Proactively implement the recruitment management activities in order to provide an effective and appropriate workforce that will support growth and talent objectives.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Participate in yearly headcount planning process
  • Consolidate headcount plan submitted by functional department
  • Ensure compliance with HR protocol and local recruitment policy
  • Responsible for all the internal & external activities
  • Follow up with hiring manager to ensure probation evaluation are processed timely.
  • In charge of exit interview and make analysis on turnover rate.
  • Monitor recruitment cost per approved budget.
  • Assess the various recruiting sources and select the most appropriate ones (recruiting websites, press announces, head hunters, recruiting cabinets, schools relations…) giving priority to internal sources
  • Participate to job fairs and other recruitment venues to promote Coats’ employer branding as well as provide potential candidates an opportunity to learn about the organisation and its recruitment activities
  • Assist HRBP Manager to implement talent management process in all department within the business
  • Conduct regular meeting with the various business departments, builds, and develops trusted relationships with the various department leadership 
  • Assist HRBP Manager to maintain the industrial relations for the whole country.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

1. Essential:

  • University degree in human management or equivalent professional qualification in mass communication.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in HR position. 
  • Good oral and written in Vietnamese & English
  • Computer literacy MS Office; especially Excel
  • Proactive and accountable
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills

2. Desirable:

  • A suitable candidate will also have some experience preferably in an manufacturing organization.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience working with multiple human resources disciplines, for example, employee relations, compensations practices, performance management, staffing and local employment laws.
