Sales & Customer Support, Performance Materials

Role summary:

This position is responsible for delivering effective Sales & Customer  Support  function that helps sales team to focus on selling and closing deals  to achieve an optimal level of profitable sales growth

Key Accountability:

Sales Support

  • Handle NPI process NPI/ Zenith/ Other master data activity to ensure  improve lead time
  • Provide translation service from English language to Vietnamese for all marketing materials, presentation, technical information as marketing tools to approach government owned companies or local private companies in Vietnam.
  • Prepare and filling out the necessary paperwork/ documentary/proposal required for any new development projects.
  • Provide daily comprehensive support for sales team including data and reports and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all company products in order to provide adequate product  information to customers
  • Engage with customers daily to answer questions and Introduce Coats process and documents like commercial contracts, bank insurance and provide delivery information.
  • Handle sales escalations, initiate follow-up on leads, and set up new accounts
Demand Plan / Logistic
  • PM forecast accuracy through consolidation of demand signals and historical trends for Vietnam cluster
  • Daily tracking and reviewing forecast closely monthly or yearly sales achievement
  • Provide Performance materialas  sales reporting
  • Coordination with internal departments, outsource suppliers, other Coats manufacturing Units product sourcing, for logistic term & condition & policy
  • Reviewing the HS import, export code to apply for new products like engineered yarn, blend fabric etc.
  • Closely monitor supplier lead-time & transportation lead-time at different period to decide shipping method to catch up with Vietnam  customer lead-time requirement.
Education, Qualification and Experience:

1. Essential:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Management
  • Able to work multifunctional
  • Pro-active and self-motivating
  • Good time management
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Foreign language skills, especially English
  • Strong analytical
2. Desirable:

  • Experience in similar field for 1 year
  • A working knowledge of digital platforms and technology
