Role summary:

The job incumbent is accountable for achieving agreed sales and collection target; managing and developing business of allocated sales territory by implementing sales plan, providing necessary supports to gain customer satisfaction; maintaining and developing relationship with customers 

Key Accountability:
  • Follow up and monitor the specification gained by Global sales team, actively feedback the results and consult with Global sales team if there is any violation of subcontractors re. compliance of specification
  • Raise quotations to customers, as appropriate, and follow progress to order completion stage.
  • Number of new business gain with sales recorded and/or specification gain
  • Seek, develop and gain new businesses via customer conversion, up-gradation, new products and services
  • Follow up and implement specification gained by Global sales team to gain sales at local contractors
  • Actively notify, provide information and local support to Global sales team to work on gaining speciation from new brands
  • Collection achievement vs. target
  • Liaise with credit control officer to work closely with customers in order to collect the payment on time.
  • Directly work with customers’ accounting and relating departments about the payment procedure. Take responsibility to solve any issues about payment with customers.
  • Maintain and develop relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Actively approach and build relationship with across department within customer organization
  • Provide customer satisfaction by handling well all routine work, technical support, and problem solving
Education, Qualification and Experience:

1. Essential:
  • Strong presentation, prospecting, sales planning and closing skills
  • Fluent in English
  • University degree with experience in field sales/ business development
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives
  • Ability to manage and prioritize own workload
  • Perseverance, proactive
2. Desirable:
  • Chinese communications
  • Strong data analysis and organization
