Key Accountabilities:

  • Follow up global nomination with Apparel industrial sales team to the factory level
  • Ensure with the sales team that Brand nominations are converted into direct sales
  • Provide accurate volume (pieces of garments, or equivalent measurement) forecast by seasonally, monthly and yearly basis for the accounts in charge
  • Maintain and develop the gained specification by developing seasonal color reference or samples’ approval
  • Liaise with TAS team providing the technical support to buying houses to maintain Coats’ local service to GKAs/ Buying Houses/ Specifies
  • Focus on high value products’ specification
  • Follow up nomination with Direct sales staffs by a fully-effective communication system

  • Maintain and develop current accounts. Entry new accounts in responsible area

  • Coordinate with relevant departments/employees to effectively fulfil the assigned tasks

  • Record all necessary sales data/history/profile as requested by line manager

Education, Qualification and Experience:

1. Essential:
  • Any degree with experience in field sales/ business development
  • Fluent communications in English and Vietnamese
  • Good in excel analysis and pivot table
  • Interpersonal skill
2. Desirable:
  • Sales and/or customer service experience is preferable
