Role Purpose:

The job incumbent to responsible for sales zone in North and Central of Vietnam

Key Accountabilities: 
  • Learning and maintaining knowledge of the FastReact software programs and key selling messages, sufficient to competently promote both in sales presentations. 
  • Researching the marketplace for probable FastReact customers; compiling a database of appropriate companies and qualifying these to ensure they are suitable.
  • Making initial contact with companies to identify key decision makers, senior planning and merchandising staff.
  • Preparation and sending of campaign material such as marketing literature.
  • Telesales follow-up including prospect qualifications with the ultimate aim of making sales appointments with suitable target companies. Also, response to prospect enquiries.
  • Visiting these prospects, researching their current methods, requirements and business pains, also presenting FastReact to the appropriate company staff and through this process establishing access to key decision makers.
  • Preparing visit reports summarising activities and identifying the most promising prospects.
  • Arranging follow-up visits to the most likely prospects, together with your regional FR sales lead in case by case basis, with the aim of securing the sale.
  • Working with a member of the FRA operations team to prepare ‘own data’ presentations for prospects, also ‘system trial’ projects where appropriate.
  • Preparing formal project quotations and proposals for prospective customers.
  • Maintaining 'prospect lists' of all probable sales, sales values and expected timings.
  • Providing a weekly ‘activity log’ of your activities promptly at the end of each week to your line manager, thereby communicating your activities in the marketplace.
  • Account management of existing clients to ensure full satisfaction plus identifying realistic opportunities for additional sales.
  • Ensures that personal knowledge of Fast React products keeps pace with development and conducts occasional internal training sessions with the Implementation team.

Education, Qualification and Experience:

1. Essential: 
  • University degree in Economic or related majors.
  • At least 3-year management experience in sales & marketing  
  • Professional and outgoing nature
  • Good at MS Excel and technology mind-set
  • Communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English
  • Proven ability to work independently

2. Desirable: 
  • Technically adapt and capable of learning new software
  • Willingness to travel in Vietnam and possibly overseas
  • Chinese or Korean language would be a significant advantage
