Branch Manager - Bangalore & Kanpur

Job Purpose : Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverable 



Principal Accountability:


1.         B2C sales

2.         Plan and implement market strategy for the region

3.         Manage Sales and distribution for entire region in an open distribution model

4.         Manage secondary sales and demand activation

5.         Market intelligence and competition mapping

6.         Manage debtors with control on overdue and outstanding

7.         Responsible for Branch operations

8.         Warehouse Management

9.         Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch

10.       Managing people – 15 – 20 Coats employees , 20 – 30 C & FA employees

11.       Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share

12.       Recruitment of front line Sales force

13.       Training, development and effective deployment of sales personnel.


Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviors Required

1.      BE / B Tech as UG like IITs / NITs / RECs and
2.      PG in Sales and Marketing (MBA / PGDPM) from Premier B Schools like IIMs, Bajaj, FMS, SP Jain, NMIMs, IMT Ghaziabad, Symboisis, etc preferred.
3.      4-5 years of prior relevant work experience
4.      Current experience to be in B2C environment preferably in FMCG/Foods/Paints/Lubricants
