Opportunity: Commercial Industrial Director, Mexico

Location: Mexico, Mexico City

Summary of role:
Generate business strategies focused on the industry in general, throughout the Mexican Republic, including the planning, organization, goal setting, monitoring and coaching, maximizing the resources in different regions that allows generate sell, market position and growth in new niches; development and training of a professional team of sales and marketing and development of marketing plans that generate profitable growth and the same.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Development of strategic plans for sale by level of business Specialty, Apparel and per customer to ensure the achievement of results.
  • Optimization and efficiency of resources, as well as the strategies to ensure the profitability that assure the turnovers.
  • Assure the minimum profitability of all the customers
  • Development and exploitation of the potential of the industrial sector and its different variants.
  • Generate new strategies for new market niches.
  • Increment the volume of sales in the industrial sector.
  • Design marketing strategies that can attract new customers, increase participation and position the brands of the company meeting the needs of each one of the customers.
  • Development local Distributors to service small consumers.
  • Assess, develop and train the managerial skills of the sales and marketing team.
  • Budget planning sales by business area with clients, to ensure the KPI’s defined for department.
  • Analysis of competition to set prices and marketing strategy.
  • Negotiation with principal customers and strategy definition.
  • Ensure that the sales management is performed within established policies.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Educated to degree level within the following specialisms: Administration, Marketing or related
  • Strong sales & marketing and techno-commercial background
  • Ability to negotiate and make key decisions
  • Financial, Administrative, sales, planning experience
  • Experience with managing multiple accounts and customers
  • Highly proficient within the English language
