We are looking for a:

Sales Administration Coordinator

Develop, analyse and provide the Sales and Marketing Area with information, statistics and databases according to the business plan, achieving compliance with the required strategies in accordance with the guidelines established, maintaining profitability and providing continuous and timely support. to the sales force

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Sales / Customer Service Support
  • Manage, update and share Customer “Score Card”
  • Provide weekly reports to sales team compared to goals
  • Create and update prices, customer & material Master Data
  • Set and follow up on strategic sales goals.
  •  Provide price quotes on select products
  • Administration of all the notes of credit and rebates.
  • Maintain Safety Critical database
  • Validate all prices changes by customer service
  • Manage all elements of price increases
  • Approve customer end use changes  
  • Create Invoice Reports, new accounts, dropship.
  • Implement and follow up on action plans related of cost-effectiveness
  • Create GKA Garments reports

  • Price quote success monthly
  • Monthly reports including but not limited to price movement and gross margin changes
  • Price Increase uplift
  • Contribution Margins
  • Business proposals
  • Changes in customer demand – action planning
  • Monthly control of price variations, expiration's, discounts.
  • New business expectations vs reality
  • Consumption's vs S&OP

Management Support

  • Create and maintain all reporting for NAI (daily, monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • SAP/SD Power user
  • Other duties, including special projects, as requested

Knowledge including qualifications
SAP knowledge
Business Intelligence
MS office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
Previous marketing experience
