Customer Service Representative

Role Summary:

The role is mainly responsible for key customers related service or support, guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Accountability:

  • Handle customer enquiries by e-mail and telephone;
  • Processing and follow-up of customer orders in a fast, correct and efficient manner in order to respond in time;
  • Coordinate sample requests as needed;
  • Arrange shipment if it’s necessary;
  • Coordinate with internal departments for necessary actions/follow-up;
  • Take care of customers' requests to ensure 100% customer satisfaction ;

Education, Qualification and Experience

1. Essential

  • High school graduate or above;
  • Customer Service experience is preferred;
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Basic English & computer skills, SAP knowledge is preferred;
  • Strong communication skill & customer service sense;
  • High responsibility and good teamwork spirit;
  • Patient, hard-working, careful;
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently & under pressure.

2. Desirable

  • College degree or above, major in trading or relevant;
  • Rich working experience in customer service field;
  • Good command of oral and written English.
