Role Summary:

The role's key responsibility is to discover business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Key Accountability:

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options;
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions;
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing supports, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors;
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information;
  • Uses SFDC to provide daily reports on customer visits, keeps the opportunity pipeline updated, along with customer contact details;
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.


1. Essential

  • College degree or above with a major in Sales, Trading, Marketing or relevant;
  • At least three years around working experience in sales field, preferably in the Apparel/Footwear  segment;
  • Good command of written and read English, can speaking will be a plus, excellent technical, inter personal and managerial skills;
  • Self-motivated, stand up to challenge and willing to work under pressure. good team working spirit and result/customer oriented, good business sense and take ad hoc task from manager.


2. Desirable

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Sales, Trading, Marketing or relevant;

  • Strong ability or experience in zip sales, sound knowledge about Zip;.

  • Good command of oral English and knowledge of digital systems-SFDC etc.,
