Welfare Officer / HR Executive

  • Recruitment (Girl Aprentice, Team leaders and Retainers): Meeting the required numbers in time 
  • H&S: to ensure Health & safety of employees, in particular Girl Apprentice and Women employees, support BBS activities, as zone leader, imparting awareness to the team members, note and follow up the observations.
  • Counselling: Guiding, consoling, advising, sharing, and helping to resolve the problems whenever the need arises (Absenteeism, Production, Stressed, depressed, personal and family commitments, or bereaved and disturbed due to some personal problems).Modify the behavior of the Girls , so to reinforce the desired behavior, improve, and increase the productivity.
  • Training: Devising annual training calendar with need based programs, organizing training sessions for all category of employees as per the calendar. Coordinate with H.O for specialty programs.
  • Audit co-ordination & maintain records for ISO 9001:2015.
  • Monitoring performance of girls attendance, attrition, benefits & welfare of Girls.
  • To implement/ maintain 5s in LWO office & OHC.
  • Engagement Activity: organizing Employees engagement activities, Camps at premises & CSR Activities
  • Cost Savings: Monitoring the expenses of Transport, Stationary etc.
  • Time Office Management Ensuring time office functions periodically like contract worker entry, attendance and payroll process
  • Support Plant HR Manager in Security Management, Daily verification of gate report, records verification, abnormalities & disciplinary actions based on security frisking
  • Support Plant HR Manager in MIS Preparation of monthly MIS like On Roll reports, Absenteeism report, BCS report & KPI report
  • Support and ensure Legal compliance at the Unit 
  • Support Union Relations along with the Plant HR Manager
  • Support Plant HR Manager in HR & ER Partnering at the unit
  • Contract Labour Management Contract order preparation, attendance verification, monthly bill passing and salary disbursement
  • Administer Canteen Facilities at the Unit PRQ, PO and GRN creation, Safety Hazard identification, grievance handling, Housekeeping, ensuring quality of food and coordinating with Engineering & purchase and finance

Desired Profile

Qualification: Masters in Social Work or M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration) awarded by any of the Institutions recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu specified in the Annexure or the Institutions recognized by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant.

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

CTC: Candidate will be offered upto 5 L per annum

Language: Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory
